Our investment strategy is to primarily provide financial investments to performing middle-market companies during their growth journey. Our cost-sustainable financing helps companies create leverage and flexibility, allowing them the space to continue to drive, thrive, maintain autonomy, and optimize their return on investments, resulting in stable and predictable yields to our investors.
Supporting middle market businesses is a sound investment strategy as they represents about 3% of U.S. businesses and are responsible for one-third of the U.S. GDP. While it seems intuitive to conclude that this resilient segment has the same amount of funding options as their small-cap and big-cap counterparts when raising capital to achieve their growth plans; counterintuitively, they are often underserved and overcharged.
Our Private Equity Line of Credit (PELOC) is one of the most competitive financing alternatives for performing middle market companies as it is sustainably priced, and creates more leverage and flexibility than traditional asset-based lending. With $10B in committed capital to invest, we are able to underwrite up to $500M+ per deal for investments seeking High Volume Loan, Low-Cost, Non-dilutive, Non-Recourse DEBT financing
